Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority. We want your online buying experience to be transparent and easy, just like treats are to dogs. If something is not right with your order, we are here to make it right.
Our 30-day return policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at info@toydoggiebrand.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except when the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, in which case we cover it. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and wrong items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away at info@toydoggiebrand.com with photos of the item and the packaging so we can evaluate it and make it right.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: opened or used consumable products (treats, balms, shampoos, sprays), gift cards, and sale or outlet items. If you have a question about a specific item, reach out before ordering and we will gladly help.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received it, contact us at info@toydoggiebrand.com.
